Tammy Riggs Littlejohn is a business major who became a marriage and family therapist for a Church sponsored counseling center. She took that journey from her 23 years of working in a family owned hardware store selling tools to contractors to assist family business with issues in business and relationships. She has a private practice in NC and also works with clients in NC. She is a certified grief specialist has worked with parenting groups around divorce and death. She is a cancer survivor, an adoptive parent, and previous infertility patient with a record of 7 miscarriages, a caregiver, mom, daughter, and wife. She speaks at women’s group meetings and has been published in lake Norman Parenting magazine. She volunteers with Kidzkonnect4jesus in Stann Creek, Belize. Tammy and her husband are enjoying exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Teaching children to share

As parents we all want to teach our children to share. Sharing is the act of lending an item that you expect to receive back. Sharing can be when you split your sandwich in half at lunchtime.
